From Taipei Main Station bus terminal or Taoyuan Airport\nThere are few options for bus but most people prefer HoHsin or Ubus because they are more trusted.\nGo to the bus station in Taoyuan International Airport\, place order to go to Tainan\, price range NT$280 - 350 with Ubus and NT$350 - 50o with HoHsin. You will get transferred to another bus after 30 minutes. Enjoy your 4-5 hours trip and stop at Tainan Park or Beimen Road. \n2. High Speed Rail: \nFrom Taoyuan Airport you can take the free shuttle bus to the Taoyuan HSR station and take the train to Tainan HSR Station. This is a very historical event\, since it's the first time our Sectorial Conference will be conducted in Far East Russia.  \nPrimorsky Krai Region\nPrimorsky Krai\, located in the Russian Far East\, boasts breathtaking scenery that seamlessly blends rugged natural beauty with serene coastal charm. The region is dominated by the majestic Sikhote-Alin mountain range\, whose forested slopes are cloaked in rich biodiversity\, including Amur tigers and ancient Korean pine trees. Picturesque rivers wind through the valleys\, feeding into the pristine waters of the Sea of Japan\, where dramatic cliffs and sandy beaches create a striking coastline. In autumn\, the landscape transforms into a vivid tapestry of red\, orange\, and gold\, reflecting the region’s temperate climate. The cost will be between $20-40. Transport will also be arranged from the venue to Bishkek or the airport on September 16th. \n  \n[tabby title="Reminders"] \n1. Food: Sentient vegetarian food will be provided\, personal snacks are not recommended. Please do not bring any meat items/food into the campsite. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted. \n2. Accommodation: Double rooms will be provided. Organisers reserve the rights to allocate the rooms. Special request may be considered. Please keep the rooms clean and maintain silence after 10pm. \n3. Attire: Comfortable clothing and long pants should be prepared for outdoor activities and yoga. You may wish to bring a bathing costume for swimming in the pool or lake. \n4. Personal items: Please bring your own yoga mat\, Water bottle and personal toiletries. All utensils for meals will be provided.  \n5. Bedding: The resort provides beddings\, blankets and fresh towels for for your needs.  Beach towels may be provided. \n6. Currency: The currency in Kyrgyzstan is SOM. Change US$\, Euros or Rubles for best rates. You will need cash to buy things from the streets. In large shopping malls and hotels and restaurants credit cards are accepted. \n7. Weather: The temperature in Bishkek and Issyk Kul varies a lot. In Bishkek it can be around 21°C to 28°C\, rarely falling below 14°C. In Issyk Kul may be around 18°C to 24°C\, rarely falling below 8°C. In the early morning and night is colder than day time. \n8. Departure day: September 16th is the departure day from retreat place.  The bus from retreat place will leave at 10:00 and will arrive at around 14:00 in Bishkek.  So please check the time of your departure from Bishek Airport.
